For some weird reason the docking station works only on the USB-A ports (there’s an adapter), not the USB-C port. This may be a problem with the USB-C port on the laptop (my ethernet adapter is also sometimes not recognized, especially after hibernating).

It also only really works if the laptop is on AC power. If it isn’t, keyboard and mouse input is ignored after even short periods of inactivity (5 seconds?). It recovers, but the first few keystrokes are lost (also the mouse only recovers if you click a button, moving the mouse isn’t enough).

Ethernet, the USB devices (keyboard, mouse, headset) and analog audio (3.5 mm jack) work out of the box.
